Job Description : General Manager – Premium Beverage Distribution. ???? Location: Bahrain We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a premium beverage distribution business in Bahrain. This is a strategic leadership role with full P&L ownership, driving growth across On-Trade and Off-Trade channels while ensuring regulatory compliance. ???? Key Highlights ? End-to-end P&L ownership (revenue, margins, OPEX, working capital) ? Channel strategy across retail, wholesale & e-commerce ? Portfolio, pricing & brand partnership leadership ? Operational excellence across supply chain, logistics & sales ? Build & lead high-performing leadership teams ???? Ideal Profile • 14+ years’ experience, with 7+ years in beverages/alcohol distribution • Strong commercial & people leadership skills • Proven portfolio & channel management expertise • GCC experience mandatory ????
