Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned Finance Controller / Head of Accounts with strong strategic and analytical capabilities to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance functions. The role requires hands-on expertise in SAP and BI tools, along with deep knowledge of accounting standards to support Board-level decision-making. ???? Key Responsibilities ? Financial planning, budgeting & monthly forecasting ? Revenue recognition & financial reporting compliance ? Cash flow, cost control & working capital management ? Risk assessment, governance & audit coordination ? Investment feasibility, ROI & portfolio analysis ? Family accounts & shareholder value analysis ? Lead, mentor & manage finance teams ? SAP-driven reporting & BI dashboards ???? Qualifications ???? CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) ???? Proven experience in FP&A, accounting & compliance ???? Strong SAP & BI reporting exposure ????
