Job Description : GM WEST AFRICA to lead all internal and external communications to strengthen the Group’s brand and support business growth through strategic marketing, stakeholder engagement, and media relations. Responsibilities: Develop and implement corporate communication and brand strategy. Manage digital presence, social media, and public relations. Support Business Development with marketing materials and campaigns. Coordinate crisis communication and corporate announcements. Ensure consistent messaging across regions and business units. Oversee internal communication to enhance employee engagement. Manage external agencies and communication budgets. Requirements: Qualification and Skill Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business. 10 + years in corporate communications, preferably in industrial or engineering sectors. Strong strategic communication, creative problem-solving, and effective stakeholder management skills. Proven leadership ability with the capacity to respond decisively and calmly in high-pressure or crisis situations.
