Job Description : Chief Commercial Officer – Hospitality Group We have been retained by a fantastic and expanding hospitality group based in the Caucasus region to recruit an experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). The CCO will lead and drive the Group’s overall commercial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, market leadership, and profitability across its portfolio of managed hotels. The Ideal Candidate Profile: ???? Senior commercial leader currently operating in a Chief Commercial Officer or equivalent role ???? Extensive experience with international branded hotels, ideally within cluster or multi-property environments ???? Strategic and visionary leader with strong market awareness, industry connections, and insight into emerging trends ???? Essential exposure to the CIS, GCC, Türkiye, and European markets ???? Experience in Central Asia is highly advantageous Compensation Package Base salary: USD 11.5k net per month - negotiable Additional benefits: Full expatriate package and relocation assistance Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
