This role offers the opportunity to redefine industrial supply chains, integrating modern manufacturing principles with large-scale project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end supply chain solutions for major programmes, from concept to execution. Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) to optimise processes and governance. Drive transformation from traditional procurement to industrialised manufacturing standards Develop supplier ecosystems, address capability gaps, and enhance performance. Oversee material planning and logistics strategies for seamless production and assembly integration. Identify commercial growth opportunities while mentoring high-performing teams. What You Bring: Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or infrastructure sectors. Expertise in business transformation, supply chain design, and programme management.
