Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage regional finance operations (budgeting, forecasting, tax, treasury) • Drive financial strategy, governance & compliance • Lead digital transformation and financial systems enhancement • Support investment decisions, M&A evaluation & modeling • Build high-performance finance teams across regions Ideal Profile - Master's in finance/accounting - 10–15 years senior finance leadership experience - Strong business insight, risk management & strategic thinking skills - Experience in multinational/regional environments
