This executive role is responsible for driving innovation, ensuring system scalability, cybersecurity, and aligning IT strategy with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals. 2. Lead large-scale IT operations, infrastructure, and enterprise systems. 3. Drive digital transformation, automation, and technology modernization. 4. Oversee cybersecurity, data governance, and IT risk management. 5. Manage IT budgets, vendor partnerships, and technology investments. 6. Lead and mentor senior IT leadership and cross-functional teams. 7. Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT systems. 8. Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and growth plans. Requirements 1. Minimum 15 years of experience in IT leadership roles. 2. Proven experience as VP IT, IT Director, or equivalent senior position. 3. Strong expertise in enterprise IT architecture, cloud, and cybersecurity. 4. Experience leading large, complex IT teams and programs. 5. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in large enterprises or multi-region IT environments. Exposure to cloud platforms, ERP systems, and digital innovation programs.
