Job Description : Head of Client Services – Monaco An exciting opportunity for a maritime experienced Client Services Specialist to join the leadership team shaping the future of the client management function. As Head of Client Services, you’ll be overseeing a team handling allocations, resource planning, ensuring processes are both standardized & flexible meting clients’ needs. You’ll focus on developing & upskilling your team, driving technology adoption, & strengthening collaboration between departments to deliver a seamless client experience. You will also manage cross-selling opportunities, oversee client account invoicing, & ensure your team has a strong, up-to-date understanding of product portfolio, agreements, & service terms—supporting sustainable growth & long-term client relationships.
