Job Description : Sales Manager PET Bottles for a Leading PET Preform and Bottle making company in Lagos, Nigeria. Candidates should be able to ï‚· Build long term relationships with key contacts and target customers ï‚· Apply learnings and experiences to streamline sales process. ï‚· Represent the company at trade events ï‚· Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth potential ï‚· Using CRM software to store and create a database of customers. ï‚· Manage the sales pipeline by reporting with monthly sales projections. ï‚· Manage a team of sales executives and coordinate sales distribution by territory, quotas and targets. ï‚· Develop and train new hired Sales Representatives. PREFERRED SKILLS ï‚· Have a flair for selling and building relationships with individuals and organizations ï‚· Excellent persuasion skills, ability to spot opportunities and go after them with gusto ï‚· Keen sense of using mail and telephone as a medium to connect with the customers. ï‚· Problem-solving attitude. ï‚· Patience and ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations. QUALIFICATIONS : Graduate with MBA Prefer candidates from the same industry ( PET Bottles)
