Finance Director

Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR GCC large reputed well- established diversified business group with interests in real estate development, contracting and infrastructure, building solutions, industries, and ?nancial services located in KSA and UAE. Company is planning a major expansion in both greenfield as well as brownfield investment opportunities. They currently have multiple opportunities to bid for various large Build, Operate & Transfer and PPP projects including schools, hospitals, airports, townships. The Director of Finance, who will report to the CEO, will manage and direct the financial operations at the corporate level and participate in the executive management covering financial, auditing, compliance, control and reporting aspects for investee companies. The ideal candidate will have a business and financial mindset and will be able to see the “big picture” in a variety of segments and settings. He will be expected to take actions to enhance the Group’s results and cash flow whilst enhancing controls and quality of financial accounting as well as management and external reporting. Experience at the group level in a similar role in private equity/investment companies would be an advantage
