Job Description : Sales & Marketing Head – Edible Oils & Fats ?? Location: Thika, Kenya ??Industry - FMCG We are looking for a seasoned Sales & Marketing Head to lead the commercial agenda for our Edible Oils & Fats business — one of our most strategic and high-impact categories. This role owns the full P&L and is responsible for driving sales growth, market leadership, pricing discipline, and brand health across Kenya and regional markets. The successful candidate will combine strong sales execution with strategic marketing leadership to sustain and grow category leadership. Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute category and commercial strategy aligned to growth and profitability goals • Lead national sales teams and optimize route-to-market models • Drive brand strategy and innovation across leading portfolios • Strengthen trade marketing, channel activation, and distributor partnerships • Leverage data, BI tools, and digital platforms for decision-making • Build high-performance teams and strong cross-functional collaboration Ideal Candidate: • 12–15 years of FMCG commercial leadership experience • Proven category P&L ownership in Edible Oils, Fats, or Consumer Staples • Strong exposure to General Trade and Modern Trade • Strategic, data-driven leader with strong execution capability ??
