Job Description : Pre-Opening General Manager - Bahamas Resort Summer 2026 We are seeking an exceptional Pre-Opening General Manager to lead the launch and long-term management of a premium, island resort in the Bahamas. This is an extraordinary opportunity to shape and elevate a top-end all-inclusive resort from the ground up. The GM will oversee all pre-opening preparations, lead a major recruitment drive, develop operational standards, and help craft a guest experience powered by creativity, nature, and authentic island adventure. You will work closely with the Activities Director and guest-facing teams to deliver a highly interactive, experiential resort program. This position is suited for a single applicant, as the island does not offer schooling options.
