Responsibilities: Lead all food and beverage operations, including dining outlets, banquet events, and beverage services. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue, enhance member satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence. Manage budgets, cost controls, inventory, and purchasing for all F&B outlets. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of managers, chefs, and service staff. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
