Job Description : Maintenance Head (Electrical) for Central -Africa Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering Experience: Min. 10 to 15 Years in Electrical Maintenance & Project Management Salary: Up to 2500$ Net Savings pm Expatriate Benefits: Furnished Accommodation, Food/Local Allowances, Utilities, Basic Local Medical Facilities, Transportation, Visa & Ticket Job Description: • Lead and manage electrical maintenance operations across multiple sites/locations. • Plan and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations. • Oversee electrical projects, upgrades, and new installations across facilities. • Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and electrical codes. • Manage vendors, contractors, and internal maintenance teams effectively. • Monitor maintenance budgets, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency. • Prepare MIS reports and present maintenance performance to senior management.
