Job Description : Head – International Business (Agrochemical Sector) Ranish Human Capital on behalf of a leading Indian Agrochemical Organization, is Conducting a Confidential Search for a Head – International Business to Drive Global Expansion, Build Strong Market Presence Across international Geographies, & lead International Growth Initiatives With Full P&L Ownership. This Role Requires a Seasoned leader with Deep Exposure to Agrochemicals, Crop Protection Products, & Regulated International Markets, Capable of Building Scalable & Profitable Global Businesses. Key Responsibilities Lead International Business Strategy, P&L, & Operations Across Multiple Global Markets Define & Execute Market Entry, Product Registration, & Expansion Strategies, With Emphasis on Emerging Agro Economies Drive Top-line Growth, EBITDA improvement, Market Share Expansion, & ROCE Build, lead, & Develop High-Performing Multinational & Multicultural Teams Develop & Execute Global Marketing, Branding,& Go-to-Market Strategies for Agrochemical Portfolios Liaise With Country Ministries, Regulatory Authorities, & Government Bodies for Product Approvals, Registrations, & Compliance Partner Closely with Internal Stakeholders Across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, & Sales Lead Strategic initiatives & international Transformation Projects at both Country & Corporate HQ levels Candidate Profile 20–25 years of Progressive Experience in International & Domestic Business Leadership Strong Preference for Candidates from Agrochemicals / Crop Protection / Specialty Chemicals Proven Track Record in Global Business Development, Regulatory Navigation,& International Market Expansion Hands-on Experience in taking Agrochemical Products to Global Markets Excellent leadership, Stakeholder Management, & Communication Skills Culturally Agile, flexible, & Adaptable to Diverse International Environments Exposure to Multiple Geographies; Foreign language Skills will be an Added Advantage Education PGDM/MBA in International Business / Marketing Graduation: B.Sc 1) .
