Job Description : Director of Food & Beverage Salary: $120,000 + Bonus + Benefits + 401k Location: Chicago, IL Role Overview: The Director of Food & Beverage oversees all dining, bar, and event operations within a high-energy, lifestyle-driven hotel environment. This role blends operations, entertainment, and guest engagement to create memorable, elevated experiences across multiple outlets, including a rooftop venue, restaurant, in-room dining, and banquets. Key Responsibilities: Lead the guest experience across all F&B outlets through active floor presence and genuine hospitality. Oversee a high-volume rooftop bar and nightlife space, ensuring smooth service during peak periods and special events. Manage a full-service restaurant, maintaining consistency in food, beverage, and service execution. Partner with culinary and bar leaders to develop seasonal menus, creative beverage programs, and signature activations.
