Job Description : INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER DRC The Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing internal audit activities to ensure robust governance, risk management, and internal control systems across the organization The role involves evaluating financial and operational processes, identifying control gaps, and recommending practical improvements aligned with business objectives The incumbent will design annual audit plans, conduct risk assessments, and ensure audits are completed as per timelines and professional standards Key responsibilities include reviewing financial records, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal guidelines, and best practices The Internal Audit Manager will work closely with senior management to present audit findings, prepare reports, and track implementation of corrective actions The role also includes leading and mentoring audit team members, coordinating with external auditors, and supporting fraud risk assessments and investigations when required Strong analytical skills, independence, and attention to detail are essential to provide objective assurance and insights The candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams to strengthen controls, improve efficiency, and support process automation initiatives Experience in manufacturing or retail environments is critical to understand operational risks, inventory controls, and cost structures The position requires the ability to balance assurance and advisory responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and integrity This role plays a key part in safeguarding assets, enhancing transparency, and supporting sustainable business growth by ensuring effective internal controls and continuous improvement across the organization Qualification : - Graduate / Post Graduate / CA / CMA / CFA DHRUV
