Job Description : CFO DRC FOR PHARMA leading and managing the corporate finance function. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in the following areas: Corporate Finance & Strategy:- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational objectives. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Taxation:- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance and planning. Manage tax audits and assessments, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements. Treasury Management:- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk effectively. Optimize working capital and ensure efficient use of financial resources. Corporate Accounting & Reporting:- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Establish and maintain robust accounting policies and controls. Compliance & Governance:- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and company policies. Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring a high standard of compliance. Auditing:- Lead internal and external audit processes to ensure financial accuracy and transparency. Implement audit recommendations to strengthen financial controls. Finance Controllership:- Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring operational efficiency. Plant Finance :- Oversee financial operations and compliance at plant levels. Provide support for cost accounting and financial analysis for plant operations. Qualifications and Requirements:- Educational Qualification:- Chartered Accountant (CA),. Experience:- 20-25 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry. Exposure to plant finance operations is essential. Age:- 50 years or above. Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage large teams and complex financial operations.
