Job Description : CFO MUMBAI FOR CHEMICALS Indian specialty chemical manufacturer with 3 factories in India and supplies to industries like pharma, auto, etc. Job Description As the CFO, you would be reporting to the Managing Director (Promoter) of the organization. Your key responsibilities would be as follows: 1. Contribute towards overall strategy and development of business plans 2. Drive the short term and long term financial planning exercise for the company 3. Provide strategic direction in annual budgeting exercise, financial / operations analysis, performance, risk and mitigation mechanisms 4. Provide advice/guidance on matters of business capital investment and expense control 5. Drive effective working capital management in the Division to ensure adequate liquidity 6. Ensure effective foreign exchange management working with Corporate EXIM Department in line with the applicable norms and guidelines 7. Ensure best in class compliance, processes exceeding statutory / regulatory requirements standard 8. Guide the accounting team in design of systems and procedures adequacy of Internal Controls in operations / systems for effective management of all accounting activities 9. Oversee the financial & statutory reporting process to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance 10. Ensure direct & indirect tax compliance and optimization through astute tax planning exercise 11. Well versed with working on SAP The Successful Applicant As the ideal candidate, you should meet all of the following requirements: 1. Qualified Chartered Accountant with 15+ Years of Post qualification experience (Maximum age 50) 2. You are currently working as CFO / Head of Finance of an Indian Chemical/Pharma Company 3. You are currently working in an SAP environment Following criteria are preferred but not mandatory: 1. Mumbai based candidates 2. Male candidates 3.
