Job Description : Executive Director – Human Resources | UAE | We are partnering with a major international organisation on a confidential search for an Executive Director – HR. This is a high-impact leadership role driving people strategy, organisational development, and culture transformation within a complex, multi- disciplinary environment. ?? Requirements & Qualifications: • 15–20+ years’ HR leadership experience (including Executive Director / VP / Head of HR level) • Proven background in large, complex organisations (infrastructure, aviation, rail, logistics, government entities, utilities, or engineering) • Strong capability in culture transformation, organisational development, leadership development, talent strategy, and change management • Experience partnering with CEOs/Boards and leading HR through periods of growth and transformation • Demonstrable success building high-performing HR teams and modernising HR systems and processes • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree and/or HR certifications (CIPD / SHRM) an advantage • Formal OD qualification strongly preferred (e.g. organisational development certification / OD programme from a recognised institution) • GCC experience preferred
