Job Description : B2B SALES MANAGER VANATU Sales Manager B2B Consumer Goods Product Location: Vanuatu Island (Northeast of Australia) Company Staff at Location : 45 Reporting to : Country Manager Products include FMCGfood, Edible Oil, Milling products, Extruded Snacks, Beverages, Personal Care, household cleaning products, and Tyres Responsibilities: Identify prospective customers by following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences Liaise with new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needs Provide inputs in setting sales goals, analyzing data, and developing training programs for the organization’s sales representatives Help customers select products based on the customers' needs, product specifications, and regulations Answer customers' questions about prices, availability, and product uses Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information Stay up-to-date on new products and changes to products that they sell Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns for products/brands Other associated duties. Qualifications and Skills: Any Graduate with MBA preferred and relevant B2B Sales of variety of Consumer items. Salary Structure : Total Salary in Fiji DollarsCompany provides a Furnished Accommodation.
