Vice President 
20 yearsJob Description : Vice President - Operations (Manufacturing) Industry: Plastic Manufacturing Location: Nigeria (On-site) Experience: 15-25 years Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director Role Summary: The Vice President - Operations will be responsible for end-to-end manufacturing execution and plant performance, with a strong focus on productivity, quality, cost control, safety, and workforce discipline. The role requires a hands-on manufacturing leader with deep shop-floor expertise and the ability to deliver consistent operational results.
