Production Manager

Job Description : Production Manager (Food Manufacturing) | Sharjah, UAE Are you the kind of person who enjoys turning complex production challenges into smooth, efficient systems? We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a modern food production facility in Sharjah. ?? What You’ll Do Own end-to-end production operations—from raw material intake to finished goods Drive efficiency, cost optimization, and waste reduction Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance (ISO 22000, HACCP) Lead, train, and motivate production teams across shifts Optimize utilities (energy, water, manpower) and machinery performance Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing Introduce new processes, new products, and new production lines Set up and improve documentation, reporting, and ERP systems Act as a liaison with auditors, inspectors, and senior management What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Engineering / Chemistry / Manufacturing Hands-on experience in food production management Mandatory: Experience in cold-press edible oil production (Mustard, Coconut, Sesame, or similar oils) Exposure to ERP implementation (SAP preferred) Experience in greenfield/startup manufacturing setups is a big plus Strong people leadership, process thinking, and problem-solving mindset Willingness to relocate to Sharjah, UAE
