Job Description : GENERAL MANAGER (GM) — East Africa FMCG Sales & Operations ?? Location: Nairobi, Kenya ?? Sector: FMCG (Food & Beverage Distribution) ?? Job Purpose: Lead overall business operations including strategy execution, sales growth, operations, P&L management, and crossfunctional leadership. ?? Qualifications: • MBA / Business Administration or equivalent • 12+ years GM / senior leadership • Strong commercial & operational experience ?? Salary Package: USD?6,000?–?12,000/month + incentive
