Reports To: Managing Director About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned Head of Manufacturing to lead complete production operations for PVC/uPVC products. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in extrusion, molding, polymer processing, and a proven track record in driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Lead manufacturing strategy, production planning & plant operations • Ensure top-tier quality standards (BIS, ASTM, ISO) • Drive process improvements, automation, and digital manufacturing (IoT) • Implement sustainability and energy-efficient practices • Build & mentor high-performance plant teams • Ensure zero-defect culture and strong safety compliance Required Expertise: ? PVC/uPVC processing (extrusion, calendaring, lamination) ? Lean, Six Sigma, TPM ? ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle) ? Strong leadership & operational excellence mindset Performance Expectations: ??
