Reporting To: Group CEO Job Summary The CFO will lead financial strategy, governance, and performance management across multi-country operations, ensuring profitability, compliance, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities • Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting • Cash flow and capital management • Risk management and internal controls • Audit and statutory compliance oversight • Support business expansion and investment decisions • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • EBITDA growth and margin improvement • Budget accuracy within 5% variance • Timely and accurate financial reporting • Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Education & Qualifications • CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) • 12+ years of senior finance experience • Strong FMCG or manufacturing background ??
