Job Description : Cost Control Manager Required Qualifications: • B.Sc. / B.E. Civil Engineering with minimum 20 years of experience in Building Construction field & budgeting cost of projects. Reports to : Chief Executive Officer Summary: • Responsible for the overall costing & budgeting of the projects. Responsibilities: • Costing and budgeting for projects, starting with establishing project cost budget. • Preparing target bill of quantities. • Guiding and assisting site teams/area managers for cost related matters. • Suggesting corrective cost controlling methods to top management and Project Team. • Highlighting critical items/ materials to Purchase department / Procurement Department. • Working out budget break ups for variations. • Providing various cost reports to the Management. • Providing Cost Value Reconciliation report on monthly basis to management. • Providing project wise cash flow statements (Profit / Loss) to the Accounts department. • Submitting any other cost reports required by management. • Configuration (Cost Coding) of present ERP system. • Managing all Masters (Prime Activity / Material/Trade/Plant) in ERP. • To finalize budgets. • Finalize cost value reconciliation.
