Key Highlights: ? Design, implement, and optimize SOPs across functions like Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Commercial, and Operations ? Lead process audits, improvement initiatives, and digital transformation opportunities ? Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to enhance business performance ? Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and promote a culture of process discipline Qualifications & Experience: ?? Chartered Accountant (CA) or Double Degree in Engineering & Management ?? 10–15 years in process design, business operations, internal controls, or audit environments ?? Proven experience in SOP creation, implementation, process audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
