Financial Planning Head

Job Description : HEAD OF FINANCIAL PLANNING UAE Head of Financial Planning and Analysis within a well-known company in Dubai. The position has great visibility to the company figures and exposure to the Senior Management. The role will report directly to the CFO, and will partner regarding board presentations on the budgeting and forecasting of the company. Duties of the position will include; · Driving a planning circle within the business that is seen as adding value; aligning financial aspirations to operational and strategic goals · Managing the budgeting and forecasting for the Group · Act as a business partner to the sales, marketing, legal and other divisions · Evaluating the company’s current assets and investments are the best use of the company’s excess working capital, by looking at return on investment and comparisons with other ways the company might utilize the cash flow · Examining and evaluating which of the company’s products have the highest profit margin, and which have the lowest · Undertake deep dives and provide commercial analysis and strategic thought to the senior management About You; · Currently be working as a Head of FP&A or FP&A Manager · Excellent Arabic and English skills · Currently be working within a factory environment - industry is open to Manufacturing, FMCG, Production, or relevant
