Job Description : COO DRC FOR RETAIL 15-20 years experience Main Function: Retail Operations [Fashion accessories/Health & Beauty] COO is fully responsible for the Retail operations set up, Store Earnings, operational profitability (EBITA) & establish general store functions. Key Abilities: Retail Domain Knowledge, Lifestyle product trends & knowledge, Budgeting & forecasting, Resourceful , Market research , Data Analytics , Supply Chain Logistics , People Management, Competitive Intelligence, Stakeholder Management Role Objective : 1. Creation of operational development blueprint in line with groups annual revenue plan 2. Run P&L management & budget forecasts 3. Identify & establish resources 4. Setting up of operations in new mandated geographical areas of expansion 5. Responsible for identifying business development strategy 6. Oversee supply chain, Inventory mgmt 7. Engage employee effectively 8. Establish best practices for sustainability & growth of operations 9. Establish policies that promote cos vision 10. Design and implement standard people processes.
