Job Description : Project Director - Qatar Experiance :- 25+ Manage projects up to $200 million or may manage a discrete portion of a larger  EPC project  and only construction  project   up  to    50M US$ At a time should  have  handled   2 to 3 projects parallel 25+ years minimum relevant industry experience, PM: 10+ years minimum relevant industry experience with Function experience in EPC and construction projects   like,  upstream and downstream  projects Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant subject Experience in managing Lump Sum Turnkey and unit rate  contract Projects Effective and efficient communication skills Data analytics-focused in support of tracking and trending of Project Performance Ability to assist Project Directors in problem-solving and conflict resolution Champion implementation and adherence to company Processes, Procedures, and tools on the Project Ability to strategies and foresee potential issues Digital transformation focused - Demand organization's support with digital solutions on the project as part of innovation, and continuous improvement processes Ability to empower and empathize with team members Connect with me for more details on
