20 yearsJob Description : CEO Lubricant Business (UAE) Location: United Arab Emirates Industry: Lubricants / Base Oils / Petroleum Trading Reporting to: Board of Directors / Promoters Experience - 15 to 20 years Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and grow our lubricant business in the UAE and international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and commercial expertise in lubricants and base oil trading, along with proven leadership and strategic management capabilities. Key Responsibilities ? Develop and execute the overall business strategy for lubricants and base oil trading in the UAE and export markets ? Lead base oil procurement, trading, pricing, and supplier negotiations (Group I, II, III, and specialty base oils) ? Oversee manufacturing, blending, sourcing, and distribution of lubricants ? Drive sales growth, market expansion, and brand positioning across automotive, industrial, and marine segments ? Build and manage relationships with refineries, suppliers, traders, distributors, and key customers ? Ensure regulatory compliance with UAE and international standards ? Lead financial planning, budgeting, P&L management, and cost optimization ? Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing commercial and technical team ? Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and M&A prospects Key Requirements ? Proven experience as CEO / Business Head / General Manager in the lubricant or base oil industry ? Strong hands-on knowledge of base oil trading and global supply chains ? Deep understanding of lubricant formulations, applications, and markets ? Established industry network in the Middle East and international markets ? Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills ? Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility ? Bachelors degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) Preferred Experience ? Experience working in or with UAE / GCC markets ? Exposure to private label lubricants, OEM approvals, and export business ?
