Job Description : HR Business Partner – Abu Dhabi – Semi-Government Energy Business · My client is a well established energy business in Abu Dhabi. They have an opening to join as a HR Business Partner. This position reports directly to the HR Director. · This is a broad HR generalist position. It will cover; Training & Development, HR Policies & Procedures, Organizational Development, Recruitment, Report Writing & HR Projects. · Candidates should have a Bachelors Degree and 5 years experience in a HR role. CIPD qualifications are preferred. UAE experience is essential. · You will ideally have experience in the Energy sector and working for government/semi-government businesses. · A salary of 20,000 AED per month plus family status is on offer. · Due to this business having an aging workforce I am only considering candidates under the age of 38.
