Job Description : VP LOGISTICS THAILAND 1. The successful candidate to implement and fine-tune the strategic plan to advance the company’s mission to promote their Warehousing and distribution business within Develop Countries in South East Asia. The focus on the role is to reach the target audience with the company’s new arm of revenue generation business. 2. Oversee company operations to insure Logistics efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Plan, develop and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company. 3. Requires a person with hands-on experience in Transporation, Warehousing, transformation management, business development, Supply chain management, installation & engineering operations, finance and team building & retention. 4. Experience in Handling and Moving Hazardous Chemicals is a MUST. 5. Candidate can be based anywhere in South East Asia. PERFORMANCE INDICATORS 1. Clearly articulated and documented vision and strategic plans for the division executed within agreed timeframes, budgets and policy 2. Direct reports achieve agreed plans and are provided with regular feedback on performance. 3. Submit monthly reports, financial statements on income and expenditure and consolidated budgets for consideration by the Global President and BOD. 4. Proactively seek opportunities to develop staff skills through mentoring, coaching, training, secondments and special projects. 5. Attend & participate in industry briefings as and when necessary. 6. Respond to media enquiries within deadline wherever possible and continue to foster a positive profile for the organisation and destination 7. Set up a blueprint Supply chain, Logistics, Warehousing and procurement guidelines at industry 4.0 standards.
