Job Description : FC KENYA - To oversee the whole Accounts and Finance Function as Owner's representative and dealing with Operators. - Should be well versed with Hotel operations, - Must have Project handling experience, - Handling Fixed Asset Register and addition to Fixed Assets and timely capitalisation of Work in Progress, - Should have good experience in IFRS, Audits and Internal Controls, - Must have good analytical skills and be able to advise and guide the team and operator to bring necessary controls in place, - Review and Generate Management Accounts (MIS) Reports on Monthly basis and advise for necessary corrections if any. - To closely monitor the working capital requirements and Cash Flow Management, - Identify the problematic areas and find necessary solutions for process improvements. - Should be able to handle the pressure and be able to deliver the desired result. - Should be proactive, a good team leader and a quick learner. - And any other work given by Owners from time to time basis. Location: Diani Beach, Mombasa, Kenya
