Blending Manager

Job Description : DRY OPERATIONS BLENDING MANAGER GHANA WITH BEVERAGE COMPANY The position would be responsible for planning, erection, and expansion of the current unit. Also managing day to day production including supervising the complete production line from raw materials, processing to packaging. Day to Day Functions: · Schedule personnel to meet production requirements · Conduct weekly staff meetings · Conduct periodic health & safety meetings · Maintain a safe work environment · Implement, monitor & enforce company procedures. · Monitor GMPs, plant sanitation, and housekeeping · Complete daily production report · Complete daily remote bagger schedule · Plan and schedule production · Monitor HACCP program relating to blending & packaging · Monitor machine efficiency · Monitor equipment maintenance report to the Maintenance department any deviations Strategic Functions: · Proposed layout and dimensions of building and equipment · List and specification of equipment proposed and required. · HACCP Planning · Planning Standard Operating Procedures Desired Candidate Profile · Minimum of 10 years experience in handling the production of the Dry Blending Unit. · Previous experience in expansion/ erection, planning of existing unit.
