This role is pivotal in identifying new market opportunities and building lasting international partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new international markets and develop tailored entry strategies, including joint ventures and direct sales. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with global clients, distributors, and strategic partners, while representing the company at international forums. Sales Growth: Drive international sales targets and develop regional pricing strategies and proposals. Compliance & Risk: Ensure all business activities comply with international trade regulations and local laws while mitigating political and financial risks. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of international projects. Intelligence & Analysis: Conduct competitor benchmarking and monitor global industry trends to provide data-driven insights to leadership. Requirements: Education: A Degree in Chemistry or Engineering is required; an MBA is a distinct advantage. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a management capacity. Skills: Must be highly articulate in delivering professional presentations. Profile: Open to Nigerian nationals or Expats. Demographics: The preferred age bracket is between 35 and 42 years.
