Job Description : Retail Manager for Consumer Products Location: Kiribati Location : Kiribati Islands ( Near Australia and Papua New Guinea ) Reporting to : Country Manager Responsibilities: As Retail Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and drive retail sales performance. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead and manage the retail team to meet sales targets ? Maintain store presentation, stock levels, and merchandising standards ? Develop and implement promotional strategies ? Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures ? Build strong relationships with local customers and community Qualifications and Skills: Salary Structure : Total Salary in Australian Dollars Company provides a Furnished Accommodation.
