Job Overview The COO will provide end-to-end operational leadership for multiple FMCG manufacturing plants and national distribution networks across East Africa. The role ensures production efficiency, supply chain optimization, logistics excellence, cost management, and profitability. ?? Key Responsibilities Lead operations across multiple manufacturing plants Own supply chain planning (S&OP, MRP, inventory management) Oversee warehousing, transport & distributor logistics Drive cost reduction, productivity, and OEE improvement Ensure quality, food safety, ISO & regulatory compliance Manage CAPEX projects, plant expansions & automation initiatives Build senior leadership teams and succession planning Track KPIs, EBITDA, service levels, and working capital Ensure ERP (SAP/Oracle) governance & reporting ??
