Job Description : GM - Potable Spirit (P&L Responsibility) Location : Uganda Industry : Distillery /Spirit /Alcohol Experience : 20 year Roles & Responsivity Formulate and execute business strategies aligned with Uganda and East Africa market dynamics. • Prepare annual operating plans, budgets, and rolling forecasts. • Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, new SKUs, and regional market penetration (EAC countries). • Own complete P&L responsibility, including topline growth, excise cost management, operating margins, and cash flow. • Develop and implement state-wise / territory-wise pricing and route-to- market strategies considering excise and tax structures. • Manage distributor and sub-distributor networks across Uganda. • Strengthen brand equity through responsible marketing and trade activation within regulatory limits. • Build and lead a strong, multi-cultural leadership team across functions. • Maintain strong internal controls, audit compliance, and corporate governance.
