Job Description : HEAD FORMULATION DRC Lead cosmetic formulation development and manufacturing operations, ensuring high- quality, compliant, and innovative products while driving production efficiency and team performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and scale cosmetic formulations (skincare, haircare, makeup). Select raw materials and conduct product testing. Ensure GMP, regulatory, and EHS compliance. Manage production, filling, packing, and quality control. Lead teams and drive continuous process improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally and manage budgets. Desired Profile B.E. (Chemical) with 15+ years in cosmetic manufacturing. Mandatory Africa experience (DR Congo preferred). Strong formulation, production, and QC expertise.
