Job Description : PLANT HEAD NIGERIA Plant Head Plant Operations (Edible Oil Industry) Role Summary: Responsible for end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, projects, quality, safety, compliance, and profitability of the edible oil manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities: Overall management of plant operations, production planning, and utilities Ensure achievement of production targets with cost control and P&L responsibility Oversee erection, commissioning, and operation of expellers, solvent extraction, and refinery plants Manage QA, FSSAI, ISO, EHS, pollution control, and statutory compliance Lead manpower planning, training, and performance management Handle procurement of machinery, spares, chemicals, and inventory control Implement SOPs, food safety systems, and continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate with suppliers, auditors, and regulatory authorities Qualifications & Experience: BE in Chemical Engineering 10+ years of experience in edible oil manufacturing Strong exposure to crushing, solvent extraction, refining, utilities, and new projects Proven leadership and plant management experience HEMRAJ GROUP
