Job Description : Factory Head Factory Head / Unit Head ?? ?? Industry: Food / Food Processing ?? Experience: 12+ years (minimum 5 years in a managerial role) Location: VIETNAM We are looking for an experienced Factory Head / Unit Head to lead end-to-end plant operations in a biscuit/snack manufacturing setup. ?? Key Responsibilities ? Lead Production, Engineering, Maintenance, QA/QC, Purchase & Material Management ? Drive productivity, yield improvement, cost optimization & OEE targets ? Implement TPM, Lean Manufacturing & continuous improvement initiatives ? Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory & statutory requirements ? Support GM – Operations in budgeting & financial planning ? Develop talent, succession planning & build high-performing teams ? Liaison with Government & local authorities/ Unit Head ?? ??
