Industry: Cement Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Procurement Manager with hands-on experience in the cement manufacturing industry to manage sourcing, vendor development, and procurement operations while ensuring cost efficiency and uninterrupted supply. Key Responsibilities: ·        Plan and manage procurement of raw materials, spare parts, consumables, and services ·        Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and contractors ·        Ensure timely procurement aligned with production and maintenance requirements ·        Develop and implement procurement policies and cost-saving initiatives ·        Monitor supplier performance, quality, and compliance ·        Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, finance, and stores teams ·        Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and analysis for management Requirements: ·        Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field ·        Minimum 7–10 years of procurement experience in the cement industry ·        Strong knowledge of cement plant materials, spares, and sourcing practices ·        Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills ·        Experience in UAE / GCC procurement practices is an advantage ??
