Job Description : Logistics & Warehouse Manager AJMAN, UAE | 15+ years experience an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager to take ownership of end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations. This role is critical to ensuring efficient storage, movement, and distribution of goods while drivingg operational excellence, safety, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflows Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, and delivery schedules Maintain accurate inventory control, stock records, and reporting Implement best practices to improve productivity and reduce operational costs Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to ensure timely availability of goods Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs across warehouse and logistics functions Ensure full compliance with OHS, safety, environmental regulations, and company policies Lead, train, motivate, and performance-manage warehouse and logistics teams Resolve transportation delays, delivery challenges, and stock discrepancies Optimize receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations Conduct cycle counts, audits, and ensure system data accuracy Enforce strict safety, hygiene, and security standards at all times Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent planning, organization, and coordination abilities Deep understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability Experience with inventory management systems and reporting tools Solid knowledge of OHS and safety compliance standards
