Job Description : Production Shift In-Charge – Food Manufacturing (FMCG) NIGERIA Lead shift operations in a dynamic food processing environment as Production Shift In- Charge. Oversee end-to-end manufacturing from cleaning to final packing, hit production targets, maintain superior quality, and ensure safe, efficient performance. Key Duties: Manage processes, monitor parameters, and resolve deviations quickly. Supervise manpower, allocate tasks, enforce discipline, and deliver on-floor training. Uphold FSSC 22000, GMP, GHP, and HACCP; coordinate QA checks and root cause analysis. Support equipment efficiency, report breakdowns, and aid preventive maintenance. Record shift data accurately and submit daily reports. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Production, or Mechanical Engineering. 2–4 years in food/FMCG (extrusion/cereal-based preferred).
