Job Description : Group Operations Director. Main Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Group Operations Director will be responsible for: ? Overseeing the entire supply chain, including inventory management and logistics across all Group entities; ? Providing functional oversight for more than eight (8) Operations Directors within the subsidiaries; ? Defining, harmonizing, and optimizing operational processes at the Group level; ? Challenging operational requirements (purchasing, logistics, production, etc.) before execution; ? ? Ensuring operational performance, cost control, and business continuity across the supply chain. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should: ? Have substantial experience in a similar Group-level role, with at least 8 years in comparable positions, and a strong proficiency in SAP; ? Possess experience in Africa, with fluency in French considered an asset; ? Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the agri-food sector; ?
