PLANT HEAD

Job Description : PLANT HEAD UAE an accomplished and strategic Plant Head to lead our manufacturing operations at UAE. The ideal candidate will bring over 20+ years of experience in plant operations, process optimization, and industrial excellence, particularly in mineral, chemical, or process- intensive industries. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, safety, cost control, and team leadership. Role & responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end plant operations at UAE Quicklime/Limestone Plant ensuring alignment with Bathwal Corporations global standards. Lead strategic and day-to-day operations across production, safety, quality control, engineering, and project execution. Drive operational efficiency through Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and 5S methodologies. Ensure zero LTA/NLTA safety compliance and lead implementation of global EHS standards. Manage plant expansion, CAPEX projects, and technical commissioning where required. Optimize energy, material, and manpower utilization to enhance profitability and sustainability. Foster a culture of employee engagement, continuous improvement, and accountability. Ensure statutory and environmental compliance in line with UAE industrial regulations. Generate and review monthly performance KPIs, budgets, and cost optimization reports. Liaise with corporate leadership, vendors, and government authorities to support strategic business goals. Preferred candidate profile Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor and lead cross- functional teams. Excellent decision-making, analytical, and communication abilities. Experience working with multicultural teams and in international setups is highly desirable.
