General Manager

Job Description : General Manager role for Barik Telecom, based in Muscat. The General Manager will oversee daily business operations, Responsible P& L , plan and implement business strategies, lead and motivate staff, and ensure smooth functioning of projects. Responsibilities include acquiring, managing client relationships, monitoring budgets and resources, providing strategic direction, and driving organizational growth. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks. Qualifications Strong leadership, business Development & management, and strategic planning skills with Minimum 20+ years in telecom, 5 Yrs of Similar Experience and Minimum 3 Years in Oman is a Must. Experience in operations management, team leadership, and resource allocation Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and decision-making Knowledge of telecom infrastructure, fiber optic installations, ICT,VSAT and turnkey solutions Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Understanding of regulatory and industry standards in telecom and related industries Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus) Not Looking for X Project Managers. X Project Coordinators. X Will Do Anything Managers.
