HR DIRECTOR

Job Description : HR DIRECTOR NIGERIA an international company with various energy projects in Africa. Job Description -Develop and execute HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and local regulations, -Oversee recruitment and on-boarding processes for all project roles, -Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives, -Ensure compliance with labour laws and health & safety standards, -Implement training programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity, -Drive HR reporting and analytic to support decision-making, -Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters. The Successful Applicant You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You have at least 7 to 10 years experience in HR management, ideally within industrial or large-scale project environments in Africa. You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing multicultural teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
